Self-Developed Grinding Technology
-
Our self-developed tissue centrifugal grinding technology [Patent No.: CN223535092U] features an innovative design with grinding teeth on the inner wall of the tube. This design ensures continuous contact between the tissue and the teeth during centrifugal rotation, significantly improving grinding efficiency and sample processing quality.
Multi-Channel Independent Operation
-
Featuring a 4-channel or 8-channel operation system, the instrument can process multiple tissue samples simultaneously, without interference between channels, significantly reducing the experimental cycle and enhancing efficiency. With a 7-inch touch screen and an intelligent interface, it automatically identifies the placement channels for dissociation tubes and identifies heating blocks.
Mild and Efficient Dissociation
-
Use a collaborative processing technology that combines enzymatic digestion and mechanical dispersion. Enzymatic digestion specifically targets the degradation of extracellular matrix and adhesion molecules, while mechanical dispersion continuously disrupts tissue blocks, producing high-quality single-cell suspensions. Combined with efficient and broad-spectrum tissue dissociation reagents, it can generate high-yield, homogeneous single-cell suspensions within 15 min.
Superior Performance
-
After rigorous testing, the prepared single-cell suspension maintains a stable viability exceeding 90%, with the significant advantages of high yield and high homogeneity, ensuring high-quality samples for downstream experiments.
